WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Slot Floor Supervisor in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role oversees daily slot floor operations, ensures compliance with gaming regulations, and supports guest service in a fast-paced casino.

The position is full-time on a graveyard shift with varying evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary starts at $27.40/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, 401(k) with company match, and an incentive program.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years in a guest service environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsabilités

Position Summary

The Slot Floor Supervisor oversees daily Slot Operations activities during an assigned shift, ensuring compliance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and company policies. This role supports exceptional guest service, supervises slot floor operations, and assists with team leadership, scheduling, and operational oversight in a fast-paced casino environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily slot floor operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Support and reinforce exceptional guest service standards across the Slot Operations team

• Assist with developing and implementing customer service strategies for Slot Operations

• Pay and/or verify jackpots over predetermined thresholds in accordance with Internal Controls

• Create and manage daily and weekly staff schedules based on operational needs

• Ensure compliance with federal currency transaction reporting requirements

• Respond to guest concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and follow-through

• Maintain accountability for assigned keys, radios, handheld devices, and other company-issued equipment

• Attend all required training sessions and operational meetings

• Follow the Company Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan, including regulations prohibiting service to minors or intoxicated guests

• Maintain scheduling flexibility to support business demands

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a guest service or customer service–driven environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreen technology

Preferred:

• Experience in a high-volume, complex resort or casino environment

• Technical knowledge of slot machines and slot systems

• Experience training or mentoring team members

• Familiarity with player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Exposure to secondhand smoke and standard casino environmental conditions

• Prolonged standing and walking throughout the casino floor

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Regular use of handheld devices and communication equipment

• Requires visual acuity, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform operational tasks

Schedule

Due to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs.
