Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking a Slitter Operator Trainee for its Arden Hills, MN location. The role focuses on learning the packaging bag manufacturing process and supporting machine housekeeping to maintain clean, efficient operations.

The position offers exposure to a full setting with a 2nd shift schedule from 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday, and a range of comprehensive benefits designed to support employees and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn packaging production processes.
• Ability to maintain clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Learn the manufacturing process of packaging bags.
• Assist with the housekeeping of the machine and surrounding areas.
• Work 2nd shift 2pm-10pm, Monday-Friday.
