Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English is preferred.
• Mathematical skills at high school level including decimals, fractions and averages.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines from a 40-ton overhead crane to a slitter.
• Load/unload materials onto/off machines and process tubing.
• Ensure tubing quality for products shipped to customers.
• Maintain equipment in safe operating condition.
• Review the computerized work list and prioritize orders.
• Coordinate with other operators to determine run order.
• Load/unload various machines or equipment as needed.
• Perform necessary set-up during shift.
• Complete daily Operational and Safety Checklists.
