Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Safety protocols and safe material handling knowledge.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of slime production per recipes and specs.
• Learn all facets of slime production: mixing, molding, stickering, packing.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure product consistency.
• Efficiently package finished slime products and label per standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe production area and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and improve processes.
• Address damages or repairs and relay guest feedback to management.
• Support team with a positive working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
