Job summary

Blue Bayou Waterpark in Louisiana is hiring energetic Crew Members for the summer season in multiple departments, including Slide Attendant roles. You’ll help deliver memorable guest experiences, follow safety guidelines, and work flexible weekend schedules.

Compensation starts at $10.00 per hour for ages 16–17 and $11.00+ per hour for 18+, with an end-of-season bonus and free park tickets. Bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a customer-first mindset to our friendly team.

Pay Rates

Ages 16-17 - $10.00/hr

Age 18+ - 11.00/hr. or more based on experience and qualifications
