The Lead Sleep Technologist supervises and coordinates daytime sleep lab operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate diagnostics. They mentor and schedule sleep technologists, manage workflow, and serve as the primary escalation point for clinical and technical issues.
Degree in Polysomnographic or Sleep Technology, experience with HSAT, complex PAP titrations, staff training, or accreditation standards.
