Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist to support Sleep Study patients in the Respiratory Therapy Department. This 0.9 FTE role offers 72 hours every two weeks with two 12-hour night shifts per week, within a patient-centered, healing environment in Wisconsin.

You will provide love + medicine, educate patients and families, and contribute to a comprehensive sleep lab program as part of Emplify Health by Gundersen Boscobel Hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Electroneurodiagnostic or Polysomnographic or Respiratory Therapy Program accredited by the CAAHEP, OR one year of on-the-job training in a sleep lab accredited by AASM.
• Certification: RST, RPSGT, or SDS.
• CPR/Basic Life Support for infants through adults current.

Responsibilities

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to Sleep Study patients.
• Provide comprehensive care and education for a diverse range of patients during in-lab sleep studies.

Education

Electroneurodiagnostic or Polysomnographic or Respiratory Therapy Program accredited by CAAHEP

One year on-the-job sleep lab training (AASM accredited)

Current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers
