Mattress Warehouse LLC is seeking a driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our Fairview Park team. In this role you will gladly assist customers, demonstrate the bedMATCH system, and guide choices to improve sleep quality.

The position offers a robust compensation package with hourly wages or commission, and opportunities for growth. You will work a retail schedule that includes evenings, holidays, and weekends with a 40–55 hour workweek and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using the bedMATCH system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with stock as needed.
