Mattress Warehouse Corporate in Columbus, OH is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMATCH system. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role offers a robust compensation package with hourly pay or commission, eligibility for bonuses, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with generous employer matching, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading mattresses.
• Familiarity with tablets and POS systems and the bedMATCH diagnostic tool.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding solutions.
• Sell products using our bedMATCH system and proven selling process.
• Operate tablets, mobile POS and assist with showroom maintenance.
