Job summary

Parkview Health is seeking a board eligible/board certified Sleep Medicine physician to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The current team includes 3 physicians and 5 APPs, with patient care at the downtown hospital clinic near Parkview Randalia Hospital.

The sleep lab network spans multiple locations in our service area, offering diverse clinical opportunities and collaborative care within a large health system. Comprehensive benefits and a strong support structure are provided.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Sleep Medicine.
• Join a team of 3 physicians and 5 APPs.
• See patients at our downtown hospital clinic near Parkview Randalia Hospital.
• Our sleep lab has several locations throughout our service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sleep medicine clinical care.
• Collaborate with the sleep team and other specialties.
• Support and participate in sleep lab operations and studies.
