Job summary

The Oregon Clinic in Beaverton is seeking a full-time Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join our Sleep Medicine team at the Creekside Pavilion. You will collaborate with physicians and a patient-centered staff to deliver high-value care in a supportive environment.

Candidates should have an accredited PA or NP program, Oregon license, EPIC EMR experience, and at least three years of professional practice; sleep medicine experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner program and current Oregon license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional PA or NP experience strongly preferred.
• Sleep medicine experience is a plus.
• Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.
• Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) EPIC experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care under physician supervision; work with physicians to ensure high quality care.
• Provide specialty care services as a Nurse Practitioner following established standards.
• Conduits for health assessments, education, and counseling for new and follow-up patients.
• Identify patient care issues, recommend options, and implement physician directives.
• Update patient records as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
