NPACE is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Sleep Medicine team at Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group in Flagstaff, AZ. You will diagnose and treat sleep disorders in an ambulatory setting, collaborating closely with the Sleep Medicine Physician and program director.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of clinical experience and a flexible, patient-centered approach. The role offers an opportunity to serve a broad Northern Arizona population including reservations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Sleep medicine experience not required.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat sleep-related conditions in ambulatory care.
• Collaborate with Sleep Medicine Physician/Program Director.

Evaluate, diagnose and provide treatment or consultative services to patients of all ages, presenting with conditions or disorders of sleep including sleep-related breathing disorders (such as obstructive and central sleep apnea), circadian rhythm disorders, insomnia, parasomnias, central disorders of hypersomnolence (e.g. narcolepsy), sleep-related movement disorders in an ambulatory setting.

APP will work closely with the Sleep Medicine Physician/Program Director
