Job summary

Mercyhealth in Freeport, IL, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Sleep Medicine team at the Harlem Clinic. This outpatient, clinic-based role offers a 32-hour work week with flexible scheduling, no call, and no weekend, evening, or holiday shifts.

You will conduct new patient evaluations, follow-up care, and participate in reviewing and interpreting sleep studies, collaborating with physicians and staff to enhance patients' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Hold an active state APRN/PA license.
• Skilled at providing exceptional care and communicating clearly as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic-based care in Sleep Medicine.
• 32-hour work weeks with flexible scheduling.
• No call requirements and no weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and improve quality of life.
