Software Placement Group is assisting a rural Eastern Oregon hospital in recruiting a Sleep Medicine/Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, four 10-hour days schedule in La Grande. The role focuses on evaluating sleep disorders, PAP management, and patient education, with EPIC documentation and a supportive clinical team.

New grads welcome; relocation assistance provided. The package includes a strong base salary near $147K–$150K, up to $15K incentives, a $20K

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure.
• Board certification or board eligibility.
• Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting.

• Evaluate and manage patients presenting with sleep disorders.
• Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited sleep facility.
• Initiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patients.
• Provide patient and family education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and manage patients presenting with a wide range of sleep disorders
• Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited sleep facility offering both in-lab and home sleep monitoring services
• Initiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patients
• Provide patient and family education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records

Required qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure
• Board certification or board eligibility
• Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in sleep medicine or neurology
• 1-2 years of experience as a NP/PA with experience in Neurology preferred
