Qualifications

• RPSGT, RRT, LRT credentials required or desired.
• One year certificate from college or technical school for respiratory care, nursing, or allied health.
• 1-3 years experience preferred but not required.
• 3-6 months related experience/training in sleep medicine preferred; or equivalent education/experience.
• Certification in sleep, respiratory care, nursing, or allied health field desired.
• CPR/BCLS certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a program of sleep disorder treatment, management, education, and evaluation.
• Works as an active member of the hospital’s multidisciplinary team.
