Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert in California to help customers find dream mattresses and ensure a superior in-store experience. You will use product knowledge to guide purchases and build lasting customer relationships, while driving sales and KPIs through uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.

Job Details:

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation:

Competitive pay range of $60,000 to $72,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. *Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
