Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to help customers find the dream mattress and improve sleep by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. The role emphasizes uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match as part of its compensation package.

You will build relationships with customers, apply product knowledge, and drive sales performance while staying aligned with company values and initiatives. The job may require lifting 50+ pounds and maintaining high service standards.

• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $59,000 - $65,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
