Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the customer experience in-store by acting as a trusted sleep advisor and offering best-in-class products. You will execute selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel journey that keeps the customer at the center.

You will develop relationships, share technical product knowledge, drive sales performance and KPIs, and nurture customers before and after purchase while staying aware of competitive offerings.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase and monitor delivery reminders.
