You will participate in a hands-on training program, learn Ashley’s sleep products, and apply a personalized approach to advise customers for improved rest.

The role emphasizes a welcoming showroom, teamwork with visuals and operations, and driving sales while maintaining high standards of customer care and empathy.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or leadership experience.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program by understanding sleep needs and conditions.
• Offer personalized recommendations by educating customers on Ashley’s full range of mattresses and sleep products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with integrity and care.
• Create a welcoming in-store environment and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Partner with visual and operations teams for a well-presented showroom.
• Lead guest experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up.
• Assist associates in resolving customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
