Extreme Networks is seeking a SLED Systems Engineer to join its sales organization in Minnesota. This role involves driving technical strategy and execution, working closely with Account Executives and customers to deliver secure, scalable networking solutions. Candidates should have over 7 years of relevant experience and strong competencies in networking technologies.

The SLED Systems Engineer (SE) is a key member of the sales organization, responsible for driving technical strategy and execution across the sales lifecycle. This role partners closely with Account Executives, partners, and customers to design, demonstrate, and position Extreme Networks solutions that address complex business and technical requirements.
Travel required for customer engagements, workshops, and POCs - up to 50%.
This role has a market‑competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of 170,000 to 190,000 USD. The posted range reflects the amount Extreme Networks reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role upon hire. This range is set using objective, gender‑neutral criteria based on skills, experience, responsibility, and working conditions. Actual compensation offered will depend on the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and work location. This role is also eligible for commission on a 70/30 split, and the full benefits package described below.
