Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SLED Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for pursuing, developing, and closing strategic sales opportunities within the SLED sector. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling storage solutions to organizations within your designated region.

***Must live within a commutable distance to customer locations in Virginia and willing to travel***

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in the SLED sector
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare and IT executives
  3. Understand the unique needs and challenges of healthcare organizations and position our storage solutions as valuable assets to address their requirements
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of healthcare customers
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our storage solutions
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings
  7. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a quarterly and annual basis
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience; preferably in the SLED sector
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of storage solutions and their application in education environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required

Compensation: The target salary range for this position is $259,505 - $335,830 USD. The final offer will depend on the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. The range reflects 'On Target Earnings' (OTE), which includes base salary and potential commissions based on performance. Our packages are competitive and include benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, PTO, employee stock purchase plans, and RSUs, subject to regional variations and applicable laws.
