Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SaaS and Slack.
• Experience with M365, Zoom, Jira, Confluence.
• SSLAC Admin or Developer Certifications are preferred.
• Process-oriented mindset enabling enterprise-level processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor Service Now slack escalation queues.
• Support and maintain client Slack and Collaboration workspaces.
• Document knowledge base articles.
• Schedule and lead demos and training sessions.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams.
