Job summary

Brighton Solutions is seeking full-time Skylight Installers / Installation Technicians to join a specialized residential team serving Southern New Hampshire, eastern Massachusetts, and southern Maine.

Ideal candidates bring a strong work ethic, are comfortable working on ladders and roofs, and are eager to learn a skilled trade. Training is provided and tools are supplied to support quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Candidates with roofing, carpentry, remodeling or other residential trades are welcome.
• Entry-level candidates should bring a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, reliability and interest in developing a skilled trade.
• Must be able to travel locally to customer jobs throughout New England, primarily southern New Hampshire, eastern Massachusetts and southern Maine.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and perform residential skylight installations, replacements, and repairs.
• Work on residential roofing systems following established installation and safety procedures.
• Remove existing skylights and prepare openings for replacement units.
• Assist with framing, flashing, sealing, weatherproofing, and finishing work.
• Install skylights and related components according to manufacturer and company standards.
• Safely use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Protect customers' homes and property throughout the installation process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions regarding the work being performed.
• Work closely with other installers to complete projects efficiently and correctly.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and materials.
• Learn installation methods and product systems through hands‑on training.
