Job summary

The Goddess Collection Inc is seeking a reliable skincare production associate to assist with the production, filling, labeling, packaging and inventory of handcrafted skincare and wellness products. This in-person role focuses on maintaining an organized production environment and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or some college education.
• Ability to read, write, count, and perform basic math.
• Basic Microsoft Word and general computer skills.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred but not required.
• Basic familiarity with social media is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing, production, skincare, cosmetics, food preparation, or similar hands-on experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Measure, blend, fill, bottle, label, and package skincare and wellness products according to established formulas and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, containers, utensils, and work areas before and after production.
• Verify that the correct product and label match before labeling and packaging.
• Perform inventory checks and assist with restocking products, ingredients, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized production, storage, and warehouse environment.
• Assist with label printing and basic production records.
• Assist with occasional business-related tasks, pickups, deliveries, and errands as needed.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team based on daily production needs.
