Job summary

Heyday is hiring a Skin Therapist to deliver fully personalized facials and exceptional client experiences in our flagship store. You will listen to concerns, assess skin, and guide clients on products and enhancements to achieve optimal results.

The ideal candidate has an esthetics license, 1–2 years of facial experience, and a passion for Heyday’s skincare approach. You will work a flexible schedule including weekends to support busy periods and events.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends, opening and closing shifts.
• Experience with peels and advanced facial massage techniques.
• Experience with electrical modalities (high frequency, LED, microcurrent).

Responsibilities

• Provide fully personalized facials tailored to each client.
• Conduct comprehensive skin analysis to assess current condition and future needs.
• Educate clients on homecare routines and product recommendations.
• Deliver a client-centric service rooted in genuine hospitality.
