Base pay range: $46,000.00/yr - $47,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and applied learning activities for 15-20 youths with disabilities.
• Manage mentor participation within the Pre-ETS program.
• Provide work readiness training, independent living skills, job exploration counseling, self-advocacy instructions and coaching.
• Create work-based learning experiences and transition counseling.
• Deliver 6 weeks of daily workshop instruction.
• Place 15-20 internship placements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years placement experience.
• Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft and Web applications.
• Valid NJ Driver's License with no more than five points.

Location & Schedule

Location: Ocean County, NJ (must work within commutable distance to Brick, NJ). This is a hybrid position with flexible hours to meet program needs.

Pay

$22-23 per hour.
