Sofive Soccer Center is seeking energetic, kid-focused Skills Institute Coaches to join our team. This part-time role involves leading structured weekly soccer classes for children ages 5 to 12 using our proven curriculum.

You will develop technical skills, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game, while enjoying flexible weekend hours and a 13-week season. No extensive coaching experience required, with strong support from a dynamic, growing company.

Qualifications

• Passion for soccer and youth development.
• Positive, energetic, and encouraging attitude.
• Ability to keep children engaged in a group setting.
• Dependability and commitment to scheduled classes.
• Willingness to learn and develop as a coach.
• Previous playing, teaching, or coaching experience is helpful but not required.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer training sessions for children ages 5 to 12.
• Teach core skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, movement, and teamwork.
• Follow the Skills Institute curriculum and class structure.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and appropriately challenging environment.
• Promote teamwork, perseverance, confidence, and sportsmanship.
• Build strong relationships with players and families.
• Represent Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil’ Kickers professionally and enthusiastically.
• Support special events and local marketing initiatives when needed.

About the Role

Sofive Soccer Center is looking for energetic, dependable, and kid-focused coaches to join our Skills Institute team.

As a Skills Institute Coach, you will lead structured weekly soccer classes for children ages 5 to 12. Using our proven curriculum, you will help players develop technical skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lasting love for the game.
