Job summary

Advanced Blending Solutions LLC in Wallace, MI is hiring a full-time Welder to join our production team and help fabricate blending equipment for the plastics industry. You will read blueprints, weld with TIG/MIG/SMAW, and ensure parts meet precise specs.

You’ll work Monday-Thursday 5:00–2:30 and Friday 5:00–9:00, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life and a 401(k) with match. Safety is our motto, and weekend time off is available.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or certificate in welding, or comparable experience.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and operate welding equipment.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; basic computer proficiency to track jobs.
• Safety-conscious, teamwork-minded and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and weld parts to specifications.
• Weld using TIG, MIG, SMAW and GMAW in various positions.
• Clamp, tack-weld, heat-bend, bolt or grind parts as needed.
• Inspect finished products with precision measuring tools.
• Enter data into the quality management system and follow safety procedures.
