Mancan Staffing, in partnership with a reputable manufacturing facility in Washington, PA, is seeking an experienced Welder to join the team. The role focuses on TIG and MIG welding on thin gauge steel.

If you are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready for a fast-paced environment, we’d like to hear from you. Requirements include 2+ years welding experience, ability to read drawings, and proficiency in TIG/MIG welding; Stick welding is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficient in TIG and MIG welding; stick welding a plus.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specs.
• Set up and operate MIG, TIG, and Stick welding equipment.
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality and precision.
• Operate grinders, saws, and fabrication tools; maintain equipment.
