Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and follow welding procedures.
• Knowledge of overhead cranes and hand signals.

Responsibilities

• Select and safely use appropriate welding equipment and processes.
• Perform all tasks related to welding as required by the job.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Communicate with leadership about safety, productivity, and quality aspects of work.
• Check completed work prior to final welding to ensure conformity to specifications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of rigging practices and use for the job.
• Adhere to standards and perform high-quality welding in a timely manner; may work at heights up to 25 feet.
