We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Skilled Warehouse Laborer - Pallet Repair to join our team in Springfield, MO. This role, also known as a Pallet Repair Technician, is essential for inspecting and repairing pallets to meet our high-quality standards. If you have a strong work ethic, are proficient with tools, and can handle the physical demands of a fast-paced environment.

Starting Rate: All new hires begin at a base rate of $18.00 per hour.

Work Schedule

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Skilled Warehouse Laborer - Pallet Repair, your key responsibilities will include:

What We're Looking For:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Repeatedly lift and move pallets and materials, including the consistent ability to lift up to 75lbs.
• Requires good manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity for inspecting pallet condition.
• Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and safety alarms in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent vision (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus) for inspecting pallets and observing surroundings for safety.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a warehouse environment. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels. Steel-toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
