Job summary

Thai Summit America Corporation seeks a 3rd Shift Skilled Trades Die Finisher to repair and maintain die tools for press stamping operations. You will handle tool and die activities tied to engineering changes, launches and repairs, while promoting clear communication across shifts and departments.

The role requires MIG/TIG/ARC welding, ability to operate surface grinders, mills, lathes and radial drills, plus basic computer use.

Qualifications

• 3 years Tool & Die experience
• High School Diploma
• Ability to weld (MIG, TIG, ARC)
• Ability to run machines (surface grinder, mill, lathe, radial drill)

Primary Job Function

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3 years of Tool & Die Experience in Tool & Die
• Complete required College Courses (may not be necessary based on experience)
• Ability to weld (MIG, TIG, ARC)
• Ability to run machines (surface grinder, mill, lathe, radial drill)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Organizational and communications skills.

Training Requirements or Equivalents

• New hire orientation
• ERP System Training

Health, Safety and Physical Demand Requirements

• Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, griping, grasping, twisting, bending, stooping and reaching throughout the work day

• Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods of time (8 hours or more)
