Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building components with emphasis on interiors, exteriors, and fixtures.
• Repair and install floors and ceilings including tile and concrete.
• Install and repair door hardware, including panic hardware and hinges.
• Install cove base and perform minor carpentry repairs.
• Assist in major work efforts in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems as needed.
• Maintain time and materials records and work within safety guidelines.
