Skilled Trade Worker – Learn Roofing & Historic Restoration (Paid Training)

Looking for steady, year-round work in a skilled trade—not just seasonal construction jobs?

The Durable Slate Company is hiring reliable, hardworking individuals to join our restoration teams. We provide full training in roofing, slate, tile, and copper systems used on historic and high‑end buildings.

No roofing experience required—we will train the right candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installation and repair of slate, tile, and metal roofing systems
• Work on historic buildings, churches, and specialty structures
• Learn hands‑on trade skills in roofing and restoration
• Support skilled crews with materials, setup, and site work
• Grow into advanced craftsmanship roles over time

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Construction, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
