Job summary

AutoNation Towson seeks a Skilled Technician to repair and maintain vehicles in line with dealer and factory standards. You will communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to keep customers informed and ensure accurate repair orders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs).
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy to standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer updates.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and make safety/reliability recommendations.
• Document work performed on each vehicle and maintain tool inventory.
• Stay updated on factory bulletins and participate in training classes.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
