Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair hardware and equipment (panic devices, door closures, lockers, folding doors, millwork, overhead doors, toilet partitions, ceilings).
• Layout and perform carpentry projects including demolition, flooring, walls and ceilings.
• Prepare bills of materials and estimate repair reports; procure materials per guidelines.
• Maintain inventory, tools and vehicles; ensure safe housekeeping in carpentry shop.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure best practices and outcomes.
