Qualifications

• Past experience as a roofer preferred.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
• Comfortably lift and carry materials.
• Work on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect problem roofs to determine repair procedures.
• Set up scaffolding for safe access to roofs.
• Cover roofs with appropriate materials.
• Cement or nail flashing to make joints watertight.
• Interact professionally with customers.

Skills

Experience with hand-held and power tools

Working with various building materials
