Qualifications

• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and background check.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Work in extreme environments; use hand and electrical tools safely.
• Operate company vehicles and inspect units via computer and IPAD.
• Strong customer service with tenants daily.
• Proof of skilled maintenance experience with certifications or training.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing tasks: change out toilets, faucets, water heaters, sprinkler systems.
• Electrical work: fixtures, outlets, switches, breakers.
• General maintenance: drywall, painting, doors, shelving, trim, locks.
• Complete and submit work orders; on-call duties as assigned.
• Care for landscaping and equipment safety.
