Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Anticipates and responds to customer needs.
• Inspects assigned areas and performs maintenance to keep facility functioning.
• Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of building and equipment maintenance.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, replace defective washers, mend broken pipes and clear drains.
• Reports major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action.
