Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking a Painter for a full-time role operating Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4pm in Bethesda, MD. The position focuses on preparing surfaces, painting and wall coverings, and maintaining safety practices across locations.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of painting experience, a valid driver’s license, color vision, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Benefits include 403b, daily pay, bonuses, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1–2 years of painting, plastering, taping, light carpentry and wall covering experience preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and solve problems independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Willingness to travel between locations and reliable transportation.
• Must have color vision and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Mobility required: lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, reaching and job-site mobility.
• Work may involve confined spaces and exposure to noise, chemicals, and flammable materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting and wall coverings.
• Match colors and mix paints (oil or latex) and apply coatings.
• Hang wall coverings and repair surfaces to like-new condition.
• Record assignments and maintain supplies.
