Job summary

Spring City Care and Rehab Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care residents in our skilled nursing facility. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, oversee wound and IV care, and coordinate individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, accurate EHR documentation, and promoting resident dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments with accuracy.
• Knowledge of memory care and resident safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Oversee wound and IV care.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure quality care.
• Document nursing care accurately in the EHR.
