Job summary

PCL Construction, Inc. is seeking experienced Mechanical Pipefitters to join our Civil District team in Yuma, Arizona. The role pays $33.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with immediate placement and potential transfers to other PCL projects.

You will measure, cut, fit, bend, and install piping systems, read blueprints and P&IDs, and support hydrostatic and pneumatic testing per project specs. OSHA is a plus; 50 lb material handling and field fit-ups are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical pipefitting on water/wastewater or heavy civil projects preferred.
• Must have the tools to fit and assemble pipe up to 12 inches diameter.
• Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, thread, bend, fit, fabricate, assemble and install piping systems and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, isometric drawings, layouts and project documents.
• Install valves, fittings, pipe supports, hangers and pumps; assemble joints.
