Qualifications

• Ability to read basic technical drawings and work instructions.
• Stand at an assembly workstation for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Manual dexterity and meticulous standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision components according to diagrams and instructions.
• Build high-quality components for Sikky automotive line and Xgen contract clients.
• Follow technical diagrams, blueprints, or written work instructions.
• Safely operate hand tools, torque wrenches, pneumatic drivers, and small presses.
• Finish by cleaning, inspecting, labeling, and packing assembled parts.
