Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate meat processing equipment.
• Cut meat to specifications using band saws and tools.

• Vacuum pack meat for distribution.
• Maintain sanitary workspace and comply with USDA guidelines.
• Receive and store meat ensuring quality and freshness.
• Notify manager of issues affecting meat quality.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
