Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 2+ years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs equipment and machines in the Calibrated Tool and Equipment Tool Crib.
• Follows safety, quality, health and environmental policies and procedures.
• Performs skilled maintenance, as well as preventative and predictive maintenance on shop machines.
• Interprets manuals, sketches, drawings, and specifications for repair procedures.
• Disassembles, repairs, and tests hydraulic, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Performs electrical repairs on equipment and assists with moving, relocation, and installation of equipment.
• Stores hazardous materials according to procedures and follows lockout/tagout rules.
• Works with minimal supervision and maintains the tool crib.
