Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will handle work orders for residential apartments and condos, performing preventive maintenance, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general repair.

The role requires physical work, tool ownership, reliable transportation, and availability for an on-call rotation and after-hours emergencies. The standard schedule is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with travel between Kirkwood-area sites and

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in maintenance or trade fields.
• Must own your own hand tools and have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to travel between sites.
• Able to climb up to a 40-foot ladder and work on roofs and gutters.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors; on-call rotation with after-hours calls.
• HVAC certification is a plus but not required.

• Complete projects and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Maintain appearance of properties.

• Assist in make ready apartment tasks.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a professional and courteous manner.
• Must own your own hand tools.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel between job sites throughout the day using your own vehicle, primarily in the vicinity of Kirkwood.
