Job summary

Medical Associates is seeking a Skilled Maintenance Worker to perform a wide range of tasks in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and related areas. This on-site role offers hands-on work across diverse maintenance projects.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a working knowledge of HVACR is a plus. Training and growth opportunities are provided along with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and skilled maintenance duties including maintenance plumber, rough construction, finish carpentry, bio/medical/electronics, maintenance mechanic, maintenance painter, HVAC.
• Perform preventative maintenance and use decision making for corrective maintenance procedures.
• Assist with other tasks including cleaning of equipment and snow removal during inclement weather.
• Identify and evaluate options when conducting routine repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Complete all other assigned projects and duties.

As a maintenance worker, you will be performing a variety of tasks and get to work in the fields including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. Specific skill sets in cabinetry and HVACR are a plus for this open position.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6a-2:30p. Possibility to work 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts as well. On-call rotation every 10-12 weeks with on-call pay!

Essential Duties:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
