• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
