Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Document care on clinical notes, supplemental orders, and nursing care plan.
• Communicate significant changes in patient status to Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
