Unity Health in Arkansas is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team. Under RN supervision, you will provide patient care using the nursing process, gather data, and participate in care planning and evaluation.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes, educate patients and families, and support mission-driven care within a safety-conscious environment.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing and Arkansas licensure as an LPN.
• Demonstrates ability to use the nursing process in patient care, including administering treatments and medications, data collection, and collaboration with other providers.
• Provides education to patients and/or significant others.

Responsabilidades

• Under RN supervision, delivers patient care through the nursing process: data collection, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care and outcomes.
• Acts as a resource to new orientees and supports mission, vision and values of the organization.
• Applies knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity in care and documentation.
• Contributes to quality nursing care through performance improvement activities.
